Q1:How long is the validity for the quotation of goods?

Generally the prices for goods are valid within one month from the date of quotation. The price of goods will be adjusted appropriately according to the price fluctuation of raw material and exchange rate .

Q2:Can you bear the freight of goods?

The prices we quote are our factory price, not include other cost, like shipping cost and importation cost.

Q3:What is the shipping term about goods? 

For goods less than about 45kg, express courier is more economic. We have good discount offer from FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT and China Post. For goods more than 45kg, air cargo is a good option. For goods more than 2CBM, sea delivery is most economic. You also can ask your forwarder to pick up goods from our address. We also can help you send goods to your forwarder as you request. We will negotiate together and find the most reasonable delivery way according to your order. 

Q4:What’s the MOQ for goods and leading time for goods?

USD200/model, 3-25 days for the delivery. If goods is in stock, the trial order is available. 

Q5:What’s your payment term? 

The payment of goods should be completed by bank transfer. PayPal, Western Unionand L/C is also acceptable.

Q6:Customers’ LOGO can be imprinted on the goods or package?

Q7: How can I get the sample of goods?

The sample of goods is free, and you only need to bear the delivery cost.

Q8:How to order goods? 

The quotation of goods will be made after you send us the inquiry including product name, model and quantity. When you plan to place order of goods to us, please send us your company name, address and telephone etc. for goods delivery. The proforma invoice with payment information will be sent to you. Delivery details for goods will also be informed when goods is ready.
